The early-morning light brushes the sky
With gentle touches of color
And the seeds of a new day are planted.

Plant your beauty in us.
Plant your peace in us.
Plant your love in us.

Let the world be ready
For your seeds of patience,
Seeds of compassion,
Seeds of peace.

Let these seeds
Be planted in our hearts,
In our families,
In our world.
We are yours, Loving God.
